"Totally agree with all the negative reviews! What kind of customer service and quality is this??!! Leather shoes purchased this summer are already tearing and peeling after a month and a half! When we bring them back and talk about the 2-year warranty, we are sent elsewhere, saying it's wear and tear! Frankly outrageous at the price! "What can I say after reading the other negative comments about the welcome, exactly what I experienced 2 days ago. I went there with the idea of ​​getting 3 pairs of shoes found on the internet but I prefer to try. When I got home, no hello, nothing, a saleswoman on the phone (with a customer I think) 20 minutes watch in hand... sorry but the least I can do is say hello and as soon as I finish I'm with you... Jonak instead of apologizing in a message, fix this problem of young women who are looking, there are thousands of them, especially in Aix..."
