"For me, it was a disastrous experience. The initial order went wonderfully. Then they were supposed to get back to me with the prototypes, and they never did. Instead, they acted in bad faith, swearing they never promised that. But then again, who commissions a piece of jewelry without approving it with a drawing or perfectly drawn measurements? We agreed to redo it, this time with a full-size prototype drawing: nothing more, never again. I followed up again, only to be told that the piece hadn't been modified and that they were waiting for me to pick it up (despite having all the written evidence of their promises). After a year, I'd had enough, so I decided to take back a piece of jewelry I didn't want, which they gave me as a gift so I could get my gold back. So, in the end, despite the emails, they completely conveniently forget my gold and return it to me in the form of someone else's old bracelet... There you have it! Conclusion: RUN AWAY!!! I've kept all the emails in case they decide to lie again and again..."
