"Welcoming and competent saleswoman. Unpleasant manager who wasn't up to the task. I wasted time and money, the customer experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. If you're interested in the products, go to the website instead."

"I like Izac products, but the reception I received from the salesperson in this store is unacceptable. A salesperson who allowed himself to mock my outfit in a very haughty tone. If I hadn't had the urgency factor for this purchase, I would have run away... Given the previous reviews, you have a serious problem with this store 👎"

"Horrible experience at 14.30 on the 24th of May. We entered the shop and started browsing. The man who was working appeared to be very nice at first. He spoke to us in English, but did not realise that my son spoke French. We heard the man and his colleague laughing in the background. When my son got closer to them, he realised they were laughing at us. They made derogatory comments about our appearance. My wife then entered the shop, some minutes later and they started to laugh at her too. We immediately left and took our custom elsewhere. We found a much friendlier menswear shop, further up the street. My family spent a week travelling around Provence and the French Rivera and this was the worst customer service we experienced, by far."
