"I am a very good customer of the Intimissimi store in Aix-en-Provence, but unfortunately, this is my second visit and I have never received such poor service. One saleswoman, slightly older than the others, was very kind and professional, which I must emphasize. However, the rest of the team (very young) was unpleasant, unavailable, and gave me the impression that I was bothering them, as they seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than with assisting customers. This is all the more disappointing compared to the Intimissimi store in Lyon République, where the saleswomen are smiling, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to customer service. It's a shame for a brand of this caliber. I sincerely hope that the service will improve in the future."

"The saleswoman was incredibly unpleasant. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and dared to ask her a question. She practically chased me out of the shop, telling me she was closing and that it was a shame she'd lost a customer who could potentially have made a three-figure sale (if I hadn't been treated like an animal). But hey, everyone has their priorities. Politeness is fundamental in sales."

"This store and staff have NO CLASS. When one staff wanted to measure your body in front of everyone, we knew this is not a place for customers seek high-quality products and service. The staff’s performance had no CLASS and now we find this brand is a junk brand. She pulled out products from the drawers like they are selecting trash from a garbage can, and then threw them on the counter. So WEIRD. No shopping at Intimissimi anymore. Not every staff is horrible that day but just happened to meet this one, way too special."

"very nice friendly and helpful, amazing salesladies! The salesladies helped me to pick the right size, shape and fabric! Later they came to the fitting room several times and from behind the curtain asked if I needed different size or fit. I said yes so one of the brought a different size and waited until I opened the curtain & took it."
