"I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with your salesperson at the store today, January 21. He had such a rude attitude and spoke to me in a rude manner. This made my shopping experience extremely unpleasant (I actually left the shoes on the counter for him) and I was very dissatisfied with his behavior. I expect a professional and polite attitude toward customers from this store and I am disappointed that I did not receive it today."
