"What a wonderful customer experience! Yesterday, for Father's Day, my daughter gave me a beautiful shirt... unfortunately, it was a little too small. This evening, after a long day at work, I rushed to the store to exchange it... but it was too late: the shutters were almost completely down, closing time had passed. And then, surprise: a very friendly young woman named Dan saw me arrive, looking a little disappointed. She smiled at me, raised the shutters, and welcomed me with great kindness, putting me at ease and inviting me to take my time. I took the opportunity to try on a few polo shirts... and in the end, I left not only with the shirt that fit, but also with three other items! What can I say? "Best customer service in Aix en Provence! The sale person (his name is Ruy) was very professional and respectful of the COVID protocols. Ruy reminded people politely to sanitize their hands upon entry and was also overly polite and helpful. He was one of the nicest customer-centric person I have talked to in the entire day I spent in Aix."
