"I've been a loyal customer of this store: warm welcome, great advice, and great clothes!!! But since the store's former manager went on maternity leave, the atmosphere has deteriorated significantly... it feels like being at Auntie's! It's a shame..."

"Invited to the private sale. I ask the saleswoman if a €100 dress will be on sale three days later. I'm told no and informed that there's not much left in stock. So I buy it! Verdict three days later: the dress is 40% off… and available in stock in several stores and online. Really not fair!"
