For a business to tolerate, or even normalize, this type of haughty and denigrating attitude raises serious questions about its human resources management, its professionalism, and the respect due to its customers. I would like to clarify that this criticism targets an overall behavior that is objectively inappropriate and incompatible with the minimum standards of customer service in a retail establishment. It would be appropriate for management to take charge of this situation, train its staff and put in place the necessary measures so that customers are no longer exposed to this type of humiliating and unacceptable interaction."
