"New problem, cracked electric stove. Never again from this brand. Here's the news: The technician wasn't aware of the type of fault, a leaking water tank, but unfortunately, we didn't give him the message. So he has to order the part and come back. Since May 30th, the problem hasn't been resolved. You have the most mediocre after-sales service I've ever encountered. Numerous calls, emails, and always the same response: "We're sorry and we'll do everything we can..." and still nothing. What's the point of sending you the information, what's the point of sending you photos? The dishwasher has been broken for 20 days in my vacation rental, and I'm forced to offer discounts to my customers because of you... and who knows how much longer it will take. How much does a new dishwasher cost? Why don't you make an effort for a B2B customer who has invested in a new kitchen? How much time do you spend managing these requests with such colossal efficiency? You could have avoided these inconveniences, but you prefer to follow your internal procedures, which serve no purpose. I won't forget to cross Howden and Lamona off my list for the next renovation. It's been over two weeks since I reported a breakdown, and still nothing. I paid over 15,000 for my kitchen; you should coordinate better to try to troubleshoot and satisfy your customers. I do not recommend your Lamona appliance sub-brand."
