Tanguy in particular makes shopping here so much fun. He embodies the brand. Everything I bought here I love and cherish."

"Out of all of the Hermes stores I have visited, the Aix location is by far the best (and it seems like many others agree). The atmosphere is calm and warm - I never feel rushed. Every time I visit with my family - the staff is unbelievably kind. They don’t care if I come in wearing casual or formal wear - even from the first time we entered the store when they didn’t know us yet. There are a lot of other fashion houses (and even other Hermes stores) that have a stuffy and pretentious attitude until you swipe your credit card - but in Aix they don’t care who you are, they will always treat you with respect and help you with kindness no matter how big or small your purchase is. They uphold the love for the craftsmanship of the brand and want the customer to also appreciate the artisan work - not just because it’s branded Hermes. Aix is the only store we will ever shop at. I always text my SA before we visit and he is very diligent at getting back to me on what is available - if you visit this store, ask for Tanguy. He is the best I have ever worked with EVER. He keeps communication open and frequent. He always knows what I will like, and he is laid back while also keeping professionalism. Every time we visit with my kids, they give the kids beautiful boxes of candy, tie little bracelets on them from the ribbon for packing the boxes, give them coloring books - and even bring them orange juice."

"My experience at this Hermes is glorious. I have never enjoyed shopping as much as I have at this Hermes. All of the staff is welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The combination of beautiful items and delightful staff is memorable. By now I feel the Hermes staff is like family. I love Tanguy, he is very responsive, has wonderful taste in all Hermes, and is fun and kind. He is a very good listener."

"this is the best store in france from my true experiences after visiting 4 other hermes stores. every staff is welcoming, professional and POLITE. worth to travel to this store so you’re well taken care of as a customer. especially Laure Samames is very professional and patient in introducing different items to me, in a comfortable way. also a very great host tell me about provence. merci beaucoup! theres also a market outside the store on weekend in a safe neighborhood!"
