"Shameful!!! Bouquet received on May 1st. No comments to make, the photos speak for themselves... Whose fault is Lilac Flowers or Interflora? It doesn't matter, the result is pathetic..."

"I went there this morning to buy some roses and I had the worst welcome ever and worst service as the shop assistant was in a bad mood today I guess... I Do NOT recommend this place to anyone! Bad experience... People need to learn how to treat clients there!"
