"Shared... I received a surprise delivery. But the surprise was unfortunately "ruined" because the day before, I was left a message informing me that my delivery would be the next day and that I should confirm my presence. I called the next morning to confirm, and the person told me that I had to be there and that I would receive my delivery late in the morning. I told the person on the phone that I was surprised to be called the day before for a "surprise" flower delivery. She replied that it's always like that. I've had at least ten surprise deliveries, and other florists have never done it like that. In the end, my delivery wasn't until late afternoon... I would have waited and canceled my appointments "for nothing." I later learned from the person who had initiated the surprise, who was quite angry at the time, that the instructions had been given to the florist, insisting that they NOT call me to verify my presence, precisely for the "surprise effect," with another number given to handle the reception... As for the surprise, it was a complete failure... and what's more, the person who had ordered made sure to specify several times that they should call her to receive the bouquet, not me! ** The peonies, however, are magnificent!! And the arrangement of the bouquet is really pretty. Just this small hiccup with the organization..."
