"Internet purchase via Farfecht, more than a week to send the package 👎🏻, purchased on 03/28/24 and delivery expected on 04/02/24. Several apotka to customer service to cancel this unshipped order but impossible. I had to order the same item on Yoox because Delivery on 04/09/24. 12€ delivery charge for taking 1 week to prepare a package BRAVO!!! I will refuse this package and request a refund."

"Hello, I bought 2 t-shirts this weekend for 320 euros for 2 on the AMI website, 80 euros each, and the same model!!!!! A store that I strongly advise against and to which I will pass all this on!!!! I'll give one star otherwise my comment won't appear!!!"

"My daughter went to the store to buy a pair of Yves Saint Laurent shoes (for her brother's birthday, my son). Of the two sales assistants, one took 20 minutes to get the item while being condescending. When she didn't return, the second sales assistant intervened and asked: "Are you sure you can afford it?!?" My daughter really wanted to give this gift to her brother, which is why she took it upon herself to make the purchase anyway (because she didn't have time to look elsewhere). I'm outraged; it's a shame to experience this in this day and age (it was already unacceptable before...). And then, we're surprised that the majority of purchases are made online. I strongly advise against this store."
