"The "boss," more than just bitter, is incredibly haughty despite having no grounds for it. She doesn't even greet customers but instead snaps at them, telling them not to touch the merchandise. It's hard to buy a €2500 bag without touching it; you might as well order it online. It's a shame for the sales assistants, who are very friendly but will consequently miss out on sales."

"I was very skeptical about entering this store. In the end, I was greeted by a salesperson who was great! He took the time to explain and show me the different products I was interested in. He was kind and friendly. I didn't buy anything, so I can't give it 5 stars because my experience isn't complete. But thank you to this gentleman who loves his job and knows what he's talking about. Maybe he'll put a good mood back in the store."
