"There were no prices displayed in the window, so as far as I was concerned, no shoes were sold. Display your prices and you'll attract more people like us. We certainly would have bought a pair or two. So we ended up buying shoes at Bexley."

"A regular customer for several years, I went there two weeks ago. I had seen one pair in particular on the brand's website that wasn't available in the store, and the saleswoman told me she couldn't get all the models! No order suggestions, nothing at all! Anyway, I let myself be tempted by another pair. She let me try on the model in question and told me not to move my feet too much so as not to wear out the leather! Mind-blowing! I learned that the owner had sold it. I was very, very disappointed, and I won't be going there again!"
