"I bought a pair of shorts for my daughter. When I went to buy them, I quickly grabbed them from the shelf without noticing they might be stained or dirty (it didn't even occur to me that it was possible). I live in Aix-en-Provence, and I've never encountered this kind of problem in any store in my town. When I got home, that's when I discovered the stains. I tried to return the item, explaining the situation, but they refused, accusing me of having stained the item myself, even though it had never been tried on and still had the tags on. So, not only when the item was put on the shelf, but also at the checkout, the sales assistants didn't see this defect, which has now cost me €12! I certainly won't be going to that store again."

"Rude and aggressive service at the checkout! The staff is unqualified, or this type of employee should be required to complete customer service training. I should point out that it wasn't busy. It's a shame, but I'll spend my money elsewhere."

"It's not my habit to leave comments, let alone negative ones, but I had to share this more than unpleasant experience. This isn't the first time one of the sales assistants (always the same one) has made rather inappropriate remarks and been less than friendly. Today, I came to ask if the sizes stop at E. The sales assistant "stared" at me and asked who I was asking for. I explained that it was for me, and I was met with total judgment with a remark: "You don't have a big enough bust for an F," knowing that I had just tried on E-cup lingerie and it was too small. So she took my measurements again, telling me I'm a D, even though I absolutely didn't fit in it anymore. Her measurements and advice were completely wrong, already. Then I head to the checkout to look at the nipple covers, and, liking a stick-on bra style, she recommends a cheaper nipple cover. When I explain that I really want this style, she looks at my chest and says, in an arrogant tone, "You're just looking for volume and shape," very inappropriate, especially the way she says it. "Useless" advice, a very unpleasant welcome and staff. In short, I strongly advise against it."
