"I've been a customer of the store for over two years, but for the past few months I've been very disappointed with the way the cashier staff treat me. The welcome was cold, with no smiles or even a hello, and they were especially unavailable for information, even though the store wasn't overflowing with customers! They don't offer the store's loyalty card. If he doesn't like his job, or if even the young man at the checkout doesn't enjoy customer contact, then I advise him to change careers. This same person is damaging the store's image. Personally, I won't be coming back."
