"Run away! My mother gave me a cashmere scarf for the holidays that didn't fit. When we went to the store to request a refund, a saleswoman at the checkout gave us a moralizing and cold response that Eric Bompard didn't offer refunds and told us that it was written on the receipt. We explained to her that no one mentioned it to my mother when we made the purchase, and that, moreover, there was no signage near the checkouts mentioning these very specific sales conditions. She told us once again that these conditions are written on the back of the receipt. However, once the receipt is in the customer's hands, the purchase is complete and therefore no refund is possible. It's always too late to request a refund. It would be wiser to inform the customer before selling any items. Despite informing customer service, we were not satisfied. First and last purchase at Eric Bompard!!!"
