"We received a very warm welcome at the store. We've been coming here regularly for many years. The manager is always so cheerful and cheerful. We always find what we're looking for because the collections are always as varied as they are elegant. The staff still politely escorts their customers to the door, something that's very rare these days. Thank you again; we'll be back with great pleasure from our mountain retreats!"

"Shameful welcome!!! A shop where you will receive a very poor reception!!! A manager who pretends to be the owner, very unpleasant and incompetent…incapable of unfolding a shirt…sitting all day on the steps in front of his shop…gives a poor image of this historically well-kept shop!!!!!!"

"Very bad experience. Upon entering the store, we were shocked to hear the owner, sitting outside on the steps, respond to a woman: "I don't give a damn" when she simply pointed out that there were customers in the store. Such behavior is completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and gives a deplorable image of the business. We preferred to leave the store immediately"

"I came in to look around. The sales person was very rude and made fun of my accent while speaking French. Even if it was funny, it is very rude to make fun of someone you do not know. They sell nice clothes that are WAY overpriced. 490 euros for denim?? There are too many nice stores in Aix to shop here."
