"I came with an iPad that wouldn't start up anymore and the Apple store told me it couldn't be repaired because the motherboard was faulty. After a few manipulations, I left with a working iPad that apparently only had a few loose contacts. Thank you for this magic trick and for the very friendly welcome."

"My computer wouldn't turn on anymore, I'd lost all my photos (no backups); Bertrand not only repaired my computer but recovered my photos. He also recommended an external hard drive, backed it up, and explained how to do it—that's the most important thing! I thank him so much for this 5-star service! I don't understand the negative reviews... maybe because of the competitor who set up shop next door? Do customers confuse the stores? You should ask BERTRAND!"
