"Ms. Delphine Gardanne, Carrefour Market lingerie, refuses to provide after-sales service for items purchased in her store due to the liquidation of the CANAT brand. (CANAT items are still on sale even though after-sales service is not possible.) If replacement of defective items is not possible, the buyer has an option under Article L211-10 of the French Consumer Code. If it is impossible to replace the product, the product must be refunded upon return of the item. Selling is good, enforcing the law is better."
