"I really appreciate this shop: the sales assistants are truly professional, attentive, and offer excellent advice. It's always a pleasure to go there; the service is impeccable. However, I'm quite disappointed with the online shopping experience. I recently placed an order on the website for €255. At that price point, I would have expected free shipping. This wasn't the case: an additional €10 was added, which I accepted nonetheless. On the plus side, the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit me once I tried them on. Wanting to return them, I contacted the shop to ask if it was possible to return the item to the store to avoid return shipping costs. I was told that this wasn't possible: returns of online purchases must be processed through the online platform. As a result, I had to pay €24 in return shipping fees. In the end, I'm left with €34 in fees... and I don't even get to keep the product. It's a disappointing experience. In the future, I'll shop in-store, even if it means a 1.5-hour drive. It's a shame, because those online sales were lost for me."

"Very negative experience with this online store. It's been OVER A YEAR now that I've been waiting for a €150 refund for a pair of shoes declared lost by Colissimo. I've been contacting the store regularly for a year without any follow-up or satisfactory response. First, they tell me they're too busy with the sales, then they say they'll call me back, but they never do, and finally they tell me they're waiting for Colissimo to issue the refund. A year later, still nothing..."
