"I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience. I'm not a Damart customer, but I went there to buy two Thermolactyl thermal underwear sets for my daughter for €82.28. The bags cost 30 cents (the free ones I'd gotten from other stores were full) and the gift box was €1.50. Where's the service? Where's the Christmas spirit? We pay a considerable amount for a piece of wrapping paper, don't we? A big thumbs down to Damart. The store manager said she would pass the complaint on, and I'm doing the same. If French clothing brands are closing one after another, it's no wonder. You might as well order online directly because there's absolutely no service when you go to the store!"

"Some of the sales assistants are friendly, others less so. Today I arrived a little before opening time. I saw a sales assistant, a long-haired blonde, sweeping the doorway, then go into the store without picking up the pile of rubbish and leaving it to the side of the entrance. There was a bin right in front of it. Not very aesthetically pleasing when you arrive at the store. So much for hygiene. I took a picture."

"Unprofessional. Aggressive attitude of the saleswomen towards the customer...bitter saleswomen! No advice given. Salespeople assume passion for the job and warmth! The best thing to do, ladies, is to change careers! Even the apprentice is taking a beating! It's better to close the store and shop online. I absolutely do not recommend it!"

"I would especially like to thank Stéphanie for her professionalism and kindness. She was very good at advising me and listening to my needs. I will be back!"

"The reception of the shop in Aix en Provence needs to be completely reconsidered... I am wheelchair bound and the doors don't open automatically BUT no staff member ever comes to open the doors for me even though I am seen waiting in front of the door. It is always ELDERLY customers who make the effort to come and open the heavy glass doors for me even though they have indicated my presence at the reception; this is very unfortunate for THE ONLY SHOP IN A CITY LIKE AIX"
