The result was a wasted wait and a complete lack of organization. I had to follow up several times, only to be told in the end that they couldn't repair my items."

"Avoid this place, it's unreliable. I arrived at the shop when he was out, at the opening hours displayed on his door. He said he was out shopping and promised to be back in 20 minutes, but he ended up leaving me waiting for over two hours in 37-degree heat... From a professional standpoint, I also have some doubts about his key duplication service, as he ultimately refused to do it."
