"This is the first time I've written a negative review because I prefer to encourage people who do good work rather than waste time dismantling some, even though they deserve it, if it helps avoid being ripped off by swindlers. - Responsiveness: slow (1 week even though I was told "yes, fast"), okay, no big deal. - The €35 job was to replace the zipper on a Chabranc leather bag worth around €200 because the teeth were no longer closing together. - Result: after 1 week, the zipper was repaired, however, the slider was disproportionate to the original (larger and made of cheap plastic). On the zipper pull, as on any branded bag, there was a leather strap that this gentleman decided not to replace and kept as if everything was normal. As if I were going to use a key ring instead to pull and open the bag. 15 minutes spent explaining to him as best I could in front of clients that the goal is to repair the product without altering its aesthetics. When we don't have the means to restore it to its original state, we inform the client. They either accept or go elsewhere. Result: After a negotiation worse than the purchase of an apartment building, he took it back for two additional days to replace the original zipper (the worn one with the strap), telling me, no worries, the zipper is the problem; the original zipper is fine. Result (photo attached): after two weeks, the zipper came loose, just like the first time, which is why I'm fed up. If you like surprises, but bad ones, bring your personal belongings to this place; you won't be disappointed, that's for sure ;)"

"Not recommended. Two repairs cost me the equivalent of a new machine. He's not honest enough to say the machine can't be repaired and shouldn't pay a lot for the oil that stains the fabrics because it leaks out everywhere. He wants cash payments. Result: the machine stopped working after one hem, and with the two repairs, I would have had a new machine. It would certainly be cheaper to come to Aix."
