"I've been a Cop.copine customer for many years, especially at the Aix-en-Provence store. Lately, I've found the door closed without a note on the window (several times before Christmas). What's going on? I have a gift certificate that the saleswoman wanted to keep because I'm a regular customer, and I'm worried!"

"Deplorable.... no one to greet me.... the saleswoman is outside smoking her cigarette and doesn't bother to come in to advise me... after a few minutes of waiting I preferred to leave"

"A most deplorable customer experience at this store. When I came to buy a dress in this boutique, neither of the two sales assistants there even gave me a second glance. The Marseille store had sent me to Aix-en-Provence because my size was available. So I went there to make a purchase, but I left empty-handed, as the way I was ignored chilled me and the people I was with. While one of the two young women preferred to stare at the ceiling, the second seemed visibly busy waiting for her shift to end at the back of the store. Unacceptable. The customers who came in after me also left for the same reason. This is a store to avoid, which is a shame because the items are of high quality. So I'll buy the Morphée dress online."
