"For 20 years I've been a big fan of this brand. I used to buy from them very often. However, recently I had to make a small complaint about a defective product, and the customer service in the Aix-en-Provence store was very disappointing. It's a real shame to treat such a poor customer service when they frequently buy this type of clothing."
