"Shameful!!! Avoid this place at all costs! My daughter-in-law was accused of stealing an earring clasp when she hadn't done anything wrong... and it was even on the earring itself... unacceptable! Perhaps this person is racist 🤔 I hope the store manager reads this message."

The team was exceptional from start to finish: gentle, patient, reassuring, and very professional. The piercers took the time to explain everything to us and put our daughter at ease. The piercing was done quickly and smoothly. The hygiene was impeccable, and the selection of earrings was truly pretty and child-friendly. Our daughter left all smiles with two gifts and was very proud of her new earrings! A big thank you to the entire Claire's team for their kindness and expertise.
