"This store lost 2 customers today... unable to understand that the photo booth software did not switch from the selected 10x15 format to the 10x25 format to have the complete photo... yet there is a 10 cm difference! They took us for idiots even though we had made the same 10x25 prints a short time before with our photos fully completed and not cropped along the length... the sellers' response was "well that was the last time"... nothing more!"
