"Extremely disappointing experience. I bought a pair of shoes on Saturday and returned the following Tuesday, just a few days later, with brand new, unworn shoes. Despite this, the salesperson categorically refused to refund me, offering only an exchange or store credit, even though no other pair suited me. No effort whatsoever, no understanding. In the current climate, losing €80 is very difficult, and I find it unacceptable to treat customers so rigidly. Especially since I wasn't given a receipt at the time of purchase, which makes the situation even more outrageous. Such an inflexible return policy for such a recent purchase is incomprehensible. I absolutely do not recommend this store and I will never set foot in it again."

"Ordered a pair of shoes online after trying them on, I ordered the wrong size and ordered others. The gentleman was available and even took back the other pairs. Really nice trader deserves 5 stars and beyond! This will not be my last pair that I order from you! Thank you for your kindness and your advice."

"RUN AWAY! No customer service in the event of a dispute. If you're unfortunate enough to receive defective designer shoes, like I was, you'll be told it's normal for them to get damaged if you wear them! I bought some ankle boots last November, and the sole gradually wore away, making the shoes unusable, even though I'd only worn them for six months. For designer shoes that are supposed to last, according to the brand's salespeople, at least three years in extreme conditions, this means there's a defect. The manager of this store is very dishonest. I quote, "Please note that shoes are everyday consumer products and are not guaranteed for life." There's a big difference between a lifetime warranty and already ruined after less than a year. After a completely fruitless exchange of emails, I finally contacted the brand, which responded by saying that it was indeed totally unacceptable and abnormal, and did what was necessary without hesitation."
