"Pleasant experience. We weren't pressured into buying anything, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. If we couldn't get an answer right away, even if the manager wasn't there, they offered to come back, and we didn't make the trip for nothing! A great experience, I recommend it!"

"I've been to the store several times since purchasing a PS5 with the controller to exchange it because it has been defective since my purchase on January 23, 2024 (the left joystick constantly pulls to the left), but it's not possible to exchange it because they don't receive a controller to exchange it for me... Since my purchase, I've found myself with a controller that I can hardly play with because it's becoming unbearable. Since the warranty is 1 year, the controller is no longer a warranty unless, as stated in the store, they call me as soon as they receive a controller, ignoring the warranty because my complaint dates back a few days after my purchase. I'm still hoping to receive a call... I'm counting on you. It's a shame for a first experience because I found the staff friendly..."
