"What a dreadful welcome! We came to the shop to buy beach towels, and the saleswoman wouldn't even let us unpack one to see the design… What a shame, we were planning to buy eight. Even worse, the two saleswomen were barely polite, and they didn't even know the prices of what they were selling. This isn't the first time we've been to this shop, but it's definitely the last, as the service is consistently mediocre, if not appalling. I've been a loyal customer of the brand for 30 years, but from now on I'll only order from their website. It's no wonder people are ordering online, and they shouldn't complain about losing their jobs when the shops close."

"I purchased a personalized embroidered bathrobe in December 2024 from the Carré Blanc boutique in Aix-en-Provence. 1. The saleswoman's behavior was distant and completely unprofessional. 2. A return was necessary due to an embroidery error. I had specified "Jean-Baptiste ♡," but the design included the unsolicited addition of "cool!!!," which is unacceptable. 3. When my husband pointed out this error, the saleswoman denied any responsibility, implying that my initial request included this mention. This public accusation was particularly disrespectful. 4. After the first wash, the bathrobe suffered significant deformation, compromising the quality of this item, which sold for €100. I strongly advise against this establishment."

"I bought some expensive feather pillows that turned out to be completely uncomfortable and I threw them away. The sheets lasted 4 years, gradually fading and tearing... My advice is to avoid this brand, it's expensive and poor quality."
