"Extremely nasty and unprofessional staff. The computer program is set in such a way when you return and take new items a discount (if applicable) is not applied. They didn’t want to return my money. I had to call the police and only then they intervened and returned the money. I will never return there again."

"Went here looking to buy a pair of lace pants. I asked a worker to help me, they did not have my size on the rack. The store was a bit packed. I asked her if I could have the pants on the mannequinn since those were my size. She told me no because it was too big of a hassle to get them off. Ok like do you not want to sell your merchandise? So I go back the next day when the store is not packed to get them. First thing I notice they were not on the mannequinn anymore and not in the store either. So clearly the sales associate was rude because she had time to take them off for someone else. Honestly horrible service at this location"

"very unfriendly and unprofessional. Never going back there again First time I went there no one even asked if they can help, two shop assistants where there doing nothing and ignoring me. So I picked what I liked walked to the fitting room and one of the assistants came after me and with a very bad temper took the bikinis out of my hands count 5 pieces and gave it back to me (THERE WAS NO SIGN THAT I HAD TO BRING MY CHOICE TO THEM FOR THE CHECK). Later they didn't ask if I need a different size of shape. So I left. I went back two days later hoping for a different shop assistant, as I like their bikinis. This time I walked to the assistant explained that I am pregnant I don't know my new size and but I liked one of the bikinis and asked if she can help me find something. She picked 2 bikinis and I went to the fitting room. Later when I was trying them on she just came and opened the curtain without warning, probably to check if I need different size, I felt very uncomfortable and surprised as there were other people in the store and she unprofessionally embarrassed me."
