"An intolerable experience at a shop I used to frequent: The so-called manager of the store on December 2nd at 7 pm was disrespectful, didn't respect closing time, and verbally abused people as they were being asked to leave at 7 pm, even though closing time was 8 pm. I left shocked and without having had the chance to choose all the socks I wanted! A little reminder: the customer is king in retail, and if you're incapable of serving customers on time, you might as well say the shop is closed! A police report will be filed. Avoid at all costs!"

"The cashier on December 2nd verbally abused us, claiming she was closing the shop before the time advertised on the website. It was 7 PM, but the website states the shop closes at 8 PM. We were looking at socks, and she refused to take an extra 5 minutes so I could make changes to my account and collect the points. Her behavior was disrespectful, even though we weren't aggressive towards her in any way. This saleswoman claims to be the store manager. She showed absolutely no customer service or respect. I'm shocked. I'm considering taking further action. What a lack of respect! Appalling."

"I went to the store today to return an online order. It's the Auchan store on Avenue de Bredasque. I asked the sales assistant how to proceed, as it was my first time using this return method, especially for a refund. When I asked how they would refund me, given that I paid with a store credit, she brushed me off, saying she couldn't do anything for me and couldn't answer my questions. I pointed out that she works for the company and is supposed to know the product return procedures… What a mistake! This is the second time I've been to this store, and the second time I've encountered the same sales assistant—very unfriendly and unpleasant. Avoid at all costs!"

"On Thursday, January 2nd at 7:20 PM, I made an exchange at this store. Only one saleswoman was present, named Justine according to the receipt. She gave me a receipt indicating a credit note, but I wasn't given a card. When I returned to use it, she denied having served me—even though I clearly recognized her. What struck me most was seeing that the saleswomen kept several envelopes containing credit notes left behind by other customers, with their names clearly written on them. It's hard not to suspect that some credit notes might be "reassigned." Mine, at least, was clearly not lost on everyone… The most worrying aspect remains the store's attitude: despite my specific report, there was no verification, no questioning, no action taken. Calzedonia is clearly allowing this kind of practice to occur without reacting. I advise against this store and urge future customers to exercise extreme caution. Keep your evidence safe and pay close attention to what you are given—or not given. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but when someone treats me like an idiot, there are limits."

"Great experience, clean and tidy store, lovely saleswoman. Bianca is very pleasant, smiling and above all attentive. It was a pleasure to have her advice during the fittings! I have never had such a great experience in a Calzedonia store, I will definitely come back. Thank you very much! :)"
