"Loyal to this store after numerous printer cartridge purchases. 3 weeks ago, cartridges were listed at €18.99 including tax, and I paid €19.49. I pointed this out to the salesperson, and he refunded me 0.50 in cash. 3 weeks later, today. The same salesperson and the same surprise. I pointed this out to him again, and he told me he had way too much work. Only credit card receipts and never any receipts so that we could see where you get the 0.50 as you go about your day.
