"A very unpolite and unhelpful guy called Bochier (sorry I was too upset to ask him to spell) so-called tried to help me and after I insisted offered that someone from Bouygues will call me after 6 hours, knowing that I struggle without Internet for almost 2 weeks, it happened in the morning of 1sr March, the shop on the Alees Provençales. I wouldn't put the 1 star review if I wouldn't have a very good previous experience some other time, someone called me in 30 minutes, very sad to see unhelpful and arrogant people in contact with the clients"
