"Store presentation was inviting and the gentleman in store was welcoming. High quality items and selected carefully to present a curated look. Rings could be made to suit size requirements. Narrow space to move in at the entrance to the store but opened up on higher level."

"Absolutely horrible staff! The sellers were openly making fun of my friends who were not speaking french and were taking time to select a perfume, while getting constantly asked whether they gonna buy something or not they were about to buy the selected piece but given the rudeness of the seller - we have decided to just leave instead and find a place better It's unacceptable"

"Staff was deplorable. No smiles, no warm welcome and VERY rude! If that wasn't enough, I saw two of the salesmen snickering and making fun of a client because of her less than hype shoes, pretty sure she noticed it. The person interviewing and hiring the salesmen is clearly incompetent, it's not the first time I notice these types of behaviours. This is supposedly a luxury store and service should be perfect. Flee!"
