"Absolutely terrible experience with SFR. I was charged €350 for terminating my contract early, even though no one at the store ever mentioned there was a 1-year commitment. Had I been informed clearly, I would have never signed up in the first place. This is nothing short of a scam — trapping customers with hidden conditions and then slapping them with a massive fine when they try to leave. Customer service was useless and unhelpful, simply repeating policies instead of acknowledging their mistake. I feel completely misled and ripped off. Avoid SFR if you value transparency and fair treatment."

"I want to sincerely thank "Silvain" for his outstanding help. As someone who doesn’t speak French, handling my WiFi issues was challenging, but he always assisted me. He even assisted me to called customer service and talk to them on my behalf, ensuring my problems were resolved. Most importantly, I was about to be charged nearly €300 for a non-returned box, but thanks to his help, the penalty was cancelled.
