"Lots of bag choices. The welcome wasn't very warm. Same at the checkout. I got the impression that the only thing that mattered was making money. Proof of this is that when buying two bags for Christmas, they charged four euros for two gift wraps. And without informing the customer that two days later they would offer a small gift, probably for fear of not meeting the daily sales target. The purchase was made on Saturday, and the offer started on Wednesday. Very disappointed by this sales-driven policy that disregards customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, and I've seen other brands that are much more understanding of satisfied customers."
