"I am a loyal Kookai customer. I used to shop at the old store a lot and I was delighted with the new location. I've been going to Kookai for at least 25 years. I went to the store two weeks ago, on Monday, November 17th, with my mother. A very pleasant woman helped us and even updated my account. I bought three items, but I didn't try them all on. This person told us that if we didn't like them, we could come back and exchange them, even the sale item, and that there wouldn't be any problem. Two of us heard this, my mother and I. Today, I wanted to exchange a sweater, still in its packaging, with the tag still on, never worn, which I don't like, nor does my daughter. The person, who was the same one who made the sale, decided to refer to the receipt, telling us that it was impossible to exchange. It's true, it says so right there. Since it was sent to me by email, I didn't look at it and... Most importantly, she made it very clear to us verbally on the day of purchase and at the checkout. So I spoke to the same person on the phone and told her I would never return to Kookai, and I gave the sweater to someone who needed it. I find this anti-business policy completely unacceptable, especially since it was verbally stated that the change was, of course, welcome."

"The staff and the store are friendly, but it's unbearably hot in this store, which clearly doesn't have air conditioning in the capital of Provence. Too bad, I'll go to another Kookai to please my wife!"

"A well-kept store, a musical atmosphere adapted both in volume and choice. I am not a regular customer so perhaps I was unlucky because it was the sales period with all the complexity that this adds but the welcome and general energy were very mixed. In any case, everything was very good when it was a brunette saleswoman under thirty who took care of me, discreet but present, courteous without being familiar, smiling without seeming to exaggerate and she seemed balanced. I will try again to see if it evolves in a virtuous direction :)!"
