"I agree with the previous reviews. The store is nice, but the sales associates aren't friendly at all. I went in because I was looking for a simple pair of straight-leg jeans. I felt like I was being stared at like never before, probably because of my outfit or my different style of dress. Following my request, the sales associate, visibly irritated (even though I wasn't asking for anything strange), dismissed me, telling me she'd let me have a look. I sat for two minutes in the living room next to the fitting rooms, when the second sales associate came in and asked if I needed help. I told her I'd already seen them with her colleague and that I needed to sit for two minutes. She dismissed me, telling me the jeans were in another corner of the store. Basically, she made me feel like I had no business being there. It's pathetic to treat people this way. It's only in Aix that you're treated so badly in the shops, which is scandalous given the prices charged."

"Way too much pushing towards the more expensive stuff. The staff make you feel ill at ease. I tried to exchange a very expensive mistake for another slightly less expensive item and I was basically told to go and get stuffed, they had my money and that was that! Shame as it's a good shop with interesting brands."
