"I am very surprised to read the review of La Provence Vue du Ciel and having no right to reply I allow myself to do so here. Having been part of the house for 8.5 years, and manager of the place for almost 2, I do not recognize either our former work-study employee, or myself in these comments for several reasons. The first being that the ties are prominently displayed at the point of sale :)))) impossible to miss them even if you wanted to. The second is that our job is to sell :))) therefore, why would we refuse to sell? It would be nonsense :)))! The third is that one of my hiring criteria is kindness and empathy, I make sure that we treat each person as we would like our families to be treated, whether or not there is an act of purchase. Also (and unless I had a mirror effect), I only see one possibility for this comment: it is intended for another point of sale, as happened to us on my previous post [at Terrasses du Port a customer criticized us by ostentatiously mentioning another site..]. I can therefore only invite this person to come back to us so that we can solve the mystery of the supposedly "haughty" person of our place :)) . In the meantime, as we cannot give an opinion without leaving stars, I allow myself to give five to stay within our usual average and counterbalance the undue opinion. Best regards :*🌈🥰"

"They didn't have our sizes but they had been very helpfull so we can find other places that could wear us after loosing our luggages. Incredible shopping experience although we didn't buy anything."
