"I left my ring to have it enlarged, it came back very fragile and broke. We brought it back with extra gold to have it repaired a second time. We paid for the labor again. The worst part of all this is that there was a stone on the ring that was no longer there once we returned it. Replaced by a fake zirconium that fell off a week later. The signet ring has a hole, pathetic. I have to buy a new stone and pay for the labor again. In short, avoid for repairs, labor, etc. you have to go to a real PRO"

"Bad experience on several occasions. Lastly, the jewelry stone has been missing every time (3 times). It took 3 weeks for after-sales service each time, and the warranty wasn't renewed for the duration of the after-sales service. So, 9 weeks without jewelry, 9 weeks of warranty lost. Great! I don't recommend it if the jewelry isn't repaired properly and the warranty isn't renewed!"
