"We stumbled into this jewelry store by chance because we'd been treated very poorly by Histoire d'Or. We were very well received for our ear piercing. The saleswoman is very knowledgeable and knows how to put you at ease. I highly recommend it. (And it's half the price of the competition!)"

"I bought a ring. The two saleswomen were very vague in their answers to my questions. The purchasing conditions are not at all the same as those indicated on this store's website. Which is absolutely illogical. Once purchased, the ring in its box wasn't cleaned; it was simply unacceptable. It was full of fingerprints and dust... just disgusting... I then realized that I didn't have an authentication for the jewelry, and when I called to ask why I hadn't received it, they told me it was registered on my account and that, well, it was just a piece of paper anyway... and authentication for jewelry is mandatory!"

"Rude saleswoman, no questioning, watch purchased in April 2023, a hand falls off the dial at the slightest movement, every time it's the same (x3). The manager is never present (always on the plane). It's easy to blame the supplier; as a reseller, no action is taken. I strongly advise against it."
