"YOUR JEWELRY sent who knows where and coming back broken! I don't recommend this for your jewelry! I wore a Navajo silver turquoise ring whose stone had come loose. I had already had this turquoise reattached once by another jeweler, within a week, no problem. Now, after a month, I haven't heard anything. I called and after absurd arguments to justify not recalling it, I went to get it. And what a disappointment! My stone, a large turquoise, was broken into four pieces with black chips. It had been reattached, the stone had been polished to remove the glue, and I ended up with a shiny broken stone when I had an opaque raw stone. The man yelled at me when I told him my stone was broken, even though he had held it in his hands in one piece a month earlier. I want to apply for insurance and now, crisis again, he refuses to give me the name of his company and its number. No news since. This kind of business is a disgrace! ABSOLUTELY AVOID."

"Having dropped off an Omega pocket watch for repair, after having called several times to get the quote, I had the unpleasant surprise, when I went there, to see that the shop was closed, with a notice: under construction. Unreachable by phone, and to top it all off, the "boss" had not given me a receipt!!!! After about 6 weeks, I went to Aix to file a complaint, and I passed in front of the shop which was open! After making myself known, the "boss" told me that he had sent me the quote (I don't know by which channel, because he had neither my address nor my email ...). He further explained to me that his phone was not working during the work! Seeing my expression which must have been halfway between incomprehension and anger, he said to me: "I am not a bandit!" Or something close to it. I was able to get my watch back the following week and take it to the Omega dealer in Aix, where they were very well received and provided with a receipt - normal, really! A shop to be avoided carefully, in my humble opinion."

"Earrings purchased during the sales, no receipt and in the end it's 9 carat gold (not specified): disappointment!"
