"It's a shame to only have to give 2 stars, but my experience in this store was far from positive despite the quality products and the selection offered. There were only two customers and three people providing customer service. Aside from the young man and the youngest employee who handled the payment properly, we had to bother the third person. There was no smile, no word of encouragement, and the service was deplorable. She clearly doesn't understand what customer service is all about, and this despite a €200 purchase. I was on the verge of leaving everything on the counter and walking out. Luckily, I know this brand and value quality products! It's a shame I didn't see a manager; I was in a hurry, but I still took the time to express my dissatisfaction. I won't be returning to this store!"
