Following a minor issue with a watch, for which he was in no way responsible, I was able to exchange it for another model from a different brand at the same price. There were no difficulties because I hadn't worn the watch and had already returned it twice. We are often satisfied with delivery times, customer service, communication, and follow-up, which is certainly the case with Bérenger Marseille.
