"One star because it's impossible to give a zero star. This review concerns the Chronopost relay point: avoid it! This not-so-friendly gentleman refused to accept my package this morning. Apparently, it's only available in the afternoon from 3 p.m. Plus, there were no customers. Surprising! What's Chronopost waiting for to remove him from its relay points? We wonder..."

"I'm giving zero stars!! Open but won't accept packages at the drop-off point!!! Only in the afternoon, according to him, even though that's not indicated by Chrono Relais. And when I read the previous review, I get the impression it's entirely at his discretion. Aggressive and with no sense of customer service, in short, avoid at all costs..."
