"We created our baby registry at bébé9 and what a mistake... "Simple" items took over two months to arrive (Sophie the Giraffe, hats, a Chicco baby bouncer), our registry stopped working for three weeks (right around the time of the birth, what bad luck...), and some items weren't added to our registry because the name was misspelled (stroller + pram + car seat; luckily we kept the receipt...). It was also very difficult to reach them by phone. The staff's friendliness somewhat made up for this poor management."

"We created our baby registry at Bébé 9 in Aix-en-Provence 10 days ago. We were informed that it would only be accessible in the evening due to a technical glitch (which we understood). However, the website remains unusable. Technical problems can happen, but the complete lack of communication and transparency (no email updates on the situation) is extremely disappointing. We also noticed during a visit to the store last weekend (the only way to access our registry) that some items we saw in-store, which were supposed to be added to the registry, were not. Given this negative experience, we closed our registry with this store and created a new one with a competitor. A huge disappointment; I do not recommend them!"

"We created our baby registry in-store. The wait times are insane: eight weeks to receive a hat or a Sophie the Giraffe toy that was actually in stock when we created the registry. The staff is friendly, but the organization is appalling. Even though our baby was born two days ago, the registry is no longer accessible. Great for last-minute gifts for family and friends! I advise you to go elsewhere; we regret our choice!"

"The sales staff is appalling. There are five salespeople for every two customers, yet you get the feeling you're bothering them as soon as you ask for advice. They'd rather be glued to their computers than serve their customers. I ended up buying a stroller from another website, even though they had it in stock, because I received such poor service. I went there three times, and it was the same experience every time."

"A huge thank you to Xavier and his entire team for the exceptional welcome at Bébé 9. It's not my habit to write reviews, but when you're treated with such kindness and professionalism, it's definitely worth sharing. Xavier took the time to explain everything to us with patience and good humor, even though the store was closing time. He was there for us from start to finish without ever pushing us to make a purchase, and he even went so far as to check that the stroller fit in our small trunk, which was very reassuring. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it 👶💛"
