"1 star because I can't give it a 0. I won't set foot in this store again, even though I'm a regular customer of the brand. I've never had such a customer experience. The saleswoman (who must be the manager) is awful and doesn't respect customers. When you buy a dress for over €400, you expect quality customer service, but the attitude of this saleswoman, who was very haughty, was unacceptable. Another customer who was in the store witnessed and was shocked by the saleswoman's attitude and left the store. Stay away."

"I visited the boutique in mid-May in preparation for a wedding in early June. I received a very warm welcome and excellent advice; the sales assistants were very friendly and attentive. I fell in love with a stunning dress, but it was out of stock, so they managed to get it from another boutique on the other side of France and then quickly hem it so I'd have it in time for the big day. "I’ve been there tonight, 10 min before closing time, ready to spend some good money and when I separated 3 pieces of clothes, the super arrogant “sales” woman comes to me and say: “are you trying all of this?!?”, I’ve answered: why are you asking that?, she said: because we will close soon so if you don’t have time to try it all we have a problem! I’ve simply left the shop telling her I am sorry for making her so busy by doing her own job! An absurd! Stop working in a shop if it is to threat customers like that girl!"
